Refunds Policy - Readings:

If we fail to make a good connection I will happily issue a partial refund for any un-used time. Why a partial refund?

If you paid by credit card, the bank has already taken a processing fee. I’ve also spent time preparing for your appointment. If we fail to connect I will refund you the balance of your unused time minus processing fee.

Refunds Policy - Classes

NO REFUNDS for classes. Due to small class size, if you bought a “seat” in class that means someone else couldn’t buy that seat. I always offer a make-up class or a skype Q&A session for students who miss a class.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you book a pre-paid reading and can’t keep the appointment, I will happily re-schedule you ONE TIME if you contact me with 24 hours notice.

If you no-show or cancel a second time please don’t ask for a refund. I’ve already dedicated time and effort to prepare for your appointment and possibly turned-away other clients because that time was booked.

Confirmations & Re-scheduling:

I will text you the day before your appointment to confirm. Please let me know any changes at that time.
